TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FACILITY SERVICES

Recruiting costs are based on the specifications received to date and are presented in USD (United States Dollars). Recruit and Field reserves the right to adjust recruitment costs upon receipt of final materials. Recruiting costs are provided on a per recruit basis unless otherwise specified.
Respondent selection - All respondents recruited based on the criteria and screener will be subject to a full charge. If an additional qualification review is required, Recruit and Field must be informed during the bidding process so we can appropriately adjust cost and feasibility.

Incentive recommendations are based on the respondent time investment provided during the initial bidding process. If a study’s tasks require a longer time commitment, we will inform you immediately and recommend a modified incentive. Please note Recruit and Field will not be responsible for respondent drop off resulting for understating the required commitment.
Final participation must be received within 3 business days from the completion of the study.

It is the practice of Recruit and Field Inc and the Marketing Research industry to protect the identity of research participants. Recruit and Field Inc assures participants that their identity will not be used for reasons outside the scope of the research without their consent. It is the responsibility of all involved in the research process to respect the trust which the public associates with our industry. Consequently, we require that the identity of each participant be protected from end clients.

To uphold the quality the industry, our database(s), and the service we provide we require that:
- No respondent personal information is to be released to any third parties without previous consent.
- Contact information provided will be used only to contact respondents for a reason specific to the research study at hand (I.E. they did not arrive on time).
- Respondent will not be advised or solicit to register in any other database besides that of Recruit and Field.
- Respondents will not be re-contact for any reason after completion of the study for which their information was provided.

This bid will be guaranteed for sixty (60) days from the Date Produced listed on this proposal.
Costs are based on a ten (10) business days (Monday-Friday, does not include Holidays) of recruiting time. If final materials are received with less time a 25% rush fee will apply per respondent for recruiting services.

Recruit and Field will make every attempt to fully recruit a project from a client list. Our ability to do so will be affected by the contact information provided, quality and size of the list. We typically need a 25:1 ratio of records from a high-quality list to complete a recruit. Once the list is exhausted and/or the list is not producing as expected, and we are unable to utilize our database, we may not be able complete the recruit. If we are asked to continue dialing on an exhausted or unproductive list, the CPR will be adjusted to reflect additional costs or an hour dialing rate will be applied.

Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday (not including Holidays), 9:00 am-5:00 pm Eastern Time. Office hours for our Insights Coordinators may change based on the nature of studies being recruited.

Once a project is confirmed Recruit and Field Inc is fully committed to the scheduled dates. If a project is cancelled, charges will be in full for recruiting and any other services rendered on your behalf. If a project is cancelled with less than 2 working days' notice, we reserve the right to incentivize respondents at the client's expense.
If a project is rescheduled for a later date, a $25-$35 Rescheduling Fee will apply for any successfully rescheduled respondents or a Full Recruiting Fee will apply if a respondent can no longer participate due to the date or time change.
If a project is postponed, adjusted, or altered we reserve the right to adjust respondent incentives and/or recruiting fees.

Payment Forms

Accepted Forms of payment: Recruit and Field Inc accepts checks, wires, ACH, in addition to most major credit cards. Please note that a handling fee of 3.5% is charged to payments made via credit card.

Final Billing Process:

Recruit and Field Inc invoices for all recruiting. Final project invoices are due thirty (45) days from the billing date. A 5% late fee will be applied after 60 days, and every 30 thereafter.

Archive Access Fee:

Once a project is billed and materials are archived, a $150 fee will apply to access archived files.
