    At Recruit + Field, our work starts with people — and the Insight Coordinator plays a critical role in making sure the right people are heard. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role for someone who’s energized by conversation, detail, and delivering excellence every single day.

    You’ll be on the front lines of research recruitment, connecting with participants, ensuring quality data for our clients, and upholding the reputation and trust that sets R+F apart.

    What You’ll Do

    • Review project requirements and screeners with precision and care

    • Recruit, screen, and confirm research participants via outbound phone calls (this is a call-heavy role)

    • Build rapport quickly while navigating high call volumes with confidence and warmth

    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and fellow Insight Coordinators to solve challenges proactively

    • Keep our participant database accurate, current, and reliable

    • Follow up with participants to ensure commitment and a great research experience
