Position Title: Project Manager

 

Position Summary

  • Reports to Director of Client Services 

  • Assist Director of Client Services in all aspects of both clients and team support 

  • Serve as primary project contact and liaison for clients. 

  • Ensure consistent follow up and timely communications with clients. For urgent matters consult with the Director of Client Services. 

  • Take an active role and ensure that R+F exceeds clients’ expectations 

  • Strive to meet, exceed and deliver the highest level of quality in all materials whether internally or those submitted to clients. 

  • Direct and support a team of 3 to 5 Study Coordinators in their efforts to recruit and find research participants based upon client's’ criteria.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Client Services on all aspects that ensure R+F delivers exceptional service and value to our clients. 

  • Review, organize, document, and brief on project related requirements. 

  • Type, review, proof for quality and send daily progress reports to clients. 

  • Exercise good judgement on best use of available tools (Google forms, Google Search, Voicemail Drops, Facebook, LinkedIn) to help Coordinators complete projects efficiently and at the highest quality standards. 

  • Report diligently and consistently to clients all project related issues and especially challenges that may cause delays or RAF inability to meet goals. 

  • Participate, provide input, and prepare incoming RFQs and their feasibility. 

  • Communicate on a timely and/or urgent basis to the Accounting Department all financial related matters such as advance payment invoices, payouts, and final bills. 

  • Manage each project’s resources (hours spent by Coordinators) to ensure that deadlines and profitability goals are being met for all projects.

  • High level of comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and google Search.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer service position

  • Minimum of 2 years in related market research role or similar duties in another organization preferred

  • High School Diploma

  • Additional /Optional: College degree preferred.
