Meet Heather …

Heather is a Pennsylvania native with over 15 years in customer service based in hospitality and retail. She pursued the opportunity to join Recruit and Field with the challenge of taking on not only new tasks but a new market. She believes in going the extra mile and strives to deliver excellence to both clients and the public. Heather knows that with hard work, determination, and a positive attitude, you truly can accomplish anything.

When not applying her problem-solving skills to the job, she is using them to complete the video game she’s playing. Heather also very much values the simple things in life including a hot cup of coffee, a good book, and a cat curled up next to her.

Meet Kaelan …

Kaelan was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, before moving to Tampa for college. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Public Health. She worked in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and child welfare case management before following an opportunity to work at Recruit and Field. She believes that the experiences she gained from working in these fields allows her to recruit with compassion and empathy to make sure everyone is comfortable and able to make most out of this fun experience!

When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Kaelan is often found in the kitchen cooking up new recipes, or at theme parks.
