Position Title: Insights Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Carefully and with great attention to details, review, process, and understand project related requirements. 
- Utilize our in-house database of registered study participants to create lists of potentially qualified candidates or potential individuals through whom you can network. 
- Call, interview, and invite qualified participants to participate in market research studies. 
- Confirm and follow up with participants to ensure they keep their commitment. 
- Coordinate and communicate with the assigned Project Manager on a timely basis about any challenges or issues that can affect our ability to execute the project successfully. 
- Ensure that R+F’s database of respondents is continuously updated with any new information provided by potential and qualified participants.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service. 
- Experience in recruiting is preferred 
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Google Sheets. 
- Working knowledge using search engines and web-based mapping tools (I.E. Google Maps). 
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
