Meet Beth…

Beth graduated from The George Washington University with a Business Degree, focusing on Marketing. 

She started her career in advertising, working in account management at various ad agencies including Ogilvy & Mather and Foote, Cone & Belding. During her 6 years on the agency side, Beth partnered with clients such as IBM and Motorola to help execute their TV, print, radio, outdoor and online campaigns. 

In 2006, she left advertising to pursue a career in recruiting at Google, where she recruited and hired Advertising Sales and Sales Operations executives globally. 

After taking some time off from the recruiting world to raise her children, Beth returned to recruiting in her role as Project Specialist at Recruit & Field. In this role, she recruits respondents for focus groups and communicates directly with clients regarding projects. 

When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. You may find her on the sidelines of her son's soccer games cheering him on or in the audience of her daughter's musical theater performances.

Meet Bethane…

Bethane is an "Army Brat" who spent much of her childhood in Asia and Europe.  Traveling around Europe influenced her love history which led to her graduating from University of West Georgia with a degree in History and Political Science. After college she began working in the customer service and accounting world only leaving to start a family.  

For 15 years she raised her 5 children while supporting her husband's career.  She uses her customer service skills to focus on bringing in the best quality of participants to Recruit and Field.  

When not working you can find her cheering her kids on while they play football, baseball, soccer and track.  

Meet Ashley…

Ashley Simonton is a new member to our Recruit and Field team. She’s currently working as an Insight Coordinator. Being able to engage with participants and working through challenging recruits have been some of her favorite things about her new position. Ashley has spent most of her career working in the healthcare field. She decided to take the leap and change career paths a few years ago and is super happy with her decision. While she misses taking care of people, she’s found a love for this field and says its rewarding in its own ways.

Ashley has lived all over the country and is fairly new to Florida. She spends as much of her free time as possible enjoying the Florida sunshine, especially if she can be at the beach or in the pool. She also really enjoys reading and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, and two fur baby Golden Retrievers.

When she is not working, she is spending time outside with her husband and kids, renovating their home and taking on new craft projects.

Meet Brigitte…

Brigitte describes herself as passionate, friendly and outgoing; three important qualities to have as she speaks to thousands of respondents across the country.  

When Brigitte isn’t at the office, she loves spending time with her five children and two granddaughters and walking the shores of Long Island.

Brigitte’s motto: “Don’t look back or forward, live for the day.”

Meet Amberly…

Amberly is an Insight Coordinator. She has been a stay-at-home mom for the last two decades, working in different areas, such as a winery and even owning her own business. She has lived all over the country, tasted many culinary delights, and experienced some of the beauty this country has to offer. She is active in her community and is currently a mentor. One of the things she enjoys the most is collecting and building Lego sets, which tend to be mostly botanical, animal, or space-related. She also really likes to spend time outdoors, whether it’s hiking or attending a festival of some kind.

Meet Julia…

Julia is an Insight Coordinator who has recently transitioned out of the automotive and insurance industries into market research. Over her career, she has honed her skills and strengthened her passion for helping others. She is a graduate of The University of South Carolina Union Campus, graduating with her Associate of Arts with a 4.0 GPA. Julia’s hobbies include baking, nail artistry, photography, and video games.
