We often wonder what close to fifty years in the qualitative research world has taught us. After all, Bette Dyzel started her pioneering journey into qualitative recruiting in 1977 claims to have recruited the maternity nurse that delivered Josh Dyzel, our current President & CEO.

First and foremost, this amazing journey has given us an intimate insight into human beings - we are literally in the “people business”, from our own team to finding, engaging and retaining respondent. This is “our calling” because our clients depend on us to recruit people whose opinions can be relied upon to make critical business decisions.

We “get it.”  The quality of those we recruit determines or influences a decision that affects the lives of employees on our clients’ side and consumers and buyers worldwide. It is an enormous responsibility and we don't’ take it lightly. We can boast about the range of services we provide but we’d rather talk about ‘our’ people, our team.

Quality is earned through process development, persistence, and self-auditing. We take nothing for granted when it comes to finding quality respondents. We go out of our way to understand clients’ objectives and deliverables - we view ourselves as an extension of your team. Josh Dyzel
President & CEO

Josh took over the reigns of RAF from Bette Dyzel in 2009. As a 2nd generation qualitative professional, Josh is committed to his mother's legacy and his family's dedication to their employees, clients and the qualitative research industry.  Josh strives to remain at the forefront of recruiting forward thinking methods that are a result of technology advanced, evolving research tools, and researcher creativity. Josh recognizes that RAF is at the intersection point of demanding clients and quality respondents that deliver valuable insights.

Bette Dyszel was a pioneer in qualitative research and Josh is passionately committed to his team of professionals who operate on the basis of accountability, proactive thinkings, and exceptional service. Josh was raised in the qualitative research business and hold a B.A degree in Information Technology, a combination that allows RAF to stay at the forefront of digital platforms.

Josh is married to Jill and they are the parents of two boys. Spending time with his family is a top priority for this young President as well as giving back to his community by collaborating with Jill and helping a variety of local non profit organizations.


Kristin Ameruoso
Senior Director of Client Services

Kristin kicked off her career in qualitative research recruiting by joining Bette Dyszel in 2003 as a recruiter. She was promoted to Project Manager a few years later. In 2008, She went another direction for 2 years, gaining experience in another area of our industry, and worked in a New York City focus group facility as a project manager serving as primary liaison with clients and participants. She returned to Recruit and Field in October 2010 as a project manager. Her most recent emphasis for the past 7 years has been in the retention and growth of client relationships. She was promoted to Dir in 2014. Project Management, Leading the Team of PMs and Recruiters, Growing into Director position. Mother to a 14 year old and getting married this April. Causes Believe in / Support: Anti Bullying / Domestic Violence, Kickboxing, Zumba Licensed Instructor ,Reader – Fantasy/Sci Fi


Celsa Garcia

Director Business Development

Celsa Garcia joined Recruit and Field in 2017 as Director of Client Services. Celsa is based in our Central California office and serves our worldwide client base. Her career in qualitative marketing research began in 1996 for a full-service data collection firm in the San Francisco-Bay Area: She went in as a respondent and walked out as a  “Telephone Recruiter”. Celsa’s twenty-year career includes roles as Recruiting Supervisor, Project Manager, Facility Host, Executive Interviewer, Field Manager and Branch Manager of the Fresno facility and call center. Celsa is an active member of the QRCA.

In her free time Celsa enjoys reading, music, travelling and caring for her adopted “fur-babies”, Jackson (a Maine Coon aka, “Moose”), Genie (the sweetest Chihuahua you ever met) and Sara (“The Terror” Garcia). She is inspired to support causes that improve human rights, promoting social justice, and declining our unwanted pet population. Her personal interests include: cultivating her Native American ancestry, WWII History, connecting with nature as a means of meditation, and laughing!
